To Assign Users to

Queues (Required)

Select the queue, then click Users on the screen above to see the following screen. The

current queue name is shown on the top of the screen.

Assign a user or group by selecting them on the right, and clicking the "<<" button.

Remove an assignment by selecting the user or group from the list on the left, and clicking

the ">>" button.

To assign

operators to

Queues (Optional)

Select Operators from Assign Queues to view the following screen.

Assign an operator by selecting them on the right, and clicking the "<<" button.

Remove an assignment by selecting the operator from the list on the left, and clicking the

">>" button.
